Day to Day
As a critical member of the Marketing team, you are a passionate Designer, who thrives on ensuring that all design work is delivered to a consistent and high standard across all projects and mediums.
You will report to the Creative Manager, and play an important, hands-on role in concepting and developing digital campaigns and marketing efforts to grow, engage, and retain the members and audience base. You will work with other Marketing team members, but also cross-functionally with other content creators, agencies, product managers, and subject matter experts to translate campaign strategy into cohesive and impactful visual concepts.
We are looking for candidates who have a track record of contributing to outstanding, digital advertising and marketing campaigns that demonstrate not only craft, but also perform efficiently. You will bring a refined aesthetic and also be an idea-driven thinker that effectively presents and brings ideas to life in ways that inspire and excite.
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Design conceptual, visually compelling marketing campaigns and other creative projects and implement them across multiple digital channels (social, email campaigns, display, print and more) to attract, engage and retain new and existing members all within the standards of the brand.
- Contribute to the conception and execution of visual creative projects that push the brand forward.
- Translate brand identity and marketing strategy into inspiring creative concepts.
- Work from creative briefs and address feedback from partners to refine concepts.
- Review creative work regularly with stakeholders to get feedback on direction and ensure it is aligned with other projects and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes, workflows, and best practices
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who are qualified in Visual Communication and/or Graphic Design and have a portfolio demonstrating quality design and branding achievements.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- 5+ years of design experience in both agency and corporate is essential
- Motion Graphics experience and capability
- Formal design education (graphic design, visual communication, or similar)
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong experience in industry-standard design software, especially the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience designing for different media formats such as social media, magazines, various print, direct mail, HTML banners, display ads, video content, audio content, web, corporate collateral and
- Brand savviness: Understand the power of brand guidelines and translate them into impactful visuals.
- Deadline ninja: Meet tight deadlines with composure and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the industry.
- Experience mentoring and leading junior team members in a creative/studio capacity and working in a corporate environment
