I founded what is now today’s Talent.Realised in 2007. Since then, industries have changed. As have roles in business and the demands on executives and staff alike. What hasn’t changed is the fact that every organisation I work with is looking for talented and passionate people. And every candidate I speak to wants a place where they can be at their best, help deliver success and grow with their business.
In my role as a recruiter in the sales and marketing space, I feel lucky to have been able to build long term relationships with the clients and candidates that drive some of the world’s most famous brands across entertainment, media and retail. These relationships have allowed me to do a range of amazing things, from recruiting entire marketing teams, to working with candidates throughout their careers from entry to executive level.
As CEO of Talent.Realised, my job is to work with our team to ensure that there’s a real understanding of your challenges and objectives, trust, value and hopefully some fun in every interaction we have.
