Working with a national well known Real Estate group whose mission is to provide unparalleled service, innovative solutions, and exceptional value to their clients we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead the residential and commercial national sales team and drive business development efforts. This role will be crucial in expanding their reach, increasing market share, and solidifying their existing position as the best in the industry.
Day to Day
The Sales Director serves as a key member of the Leadership Team and will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, as well as strategic initiatives that will achieve revenue objectives. Together with business leadership, this role will define the real estate team's sales model. This role leads a team that identifies, creates, and manages business relationships with key clients.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Responsible for driving a sales team to achieve revenue growth goals and solutions
- Engage and train the team in solution-based selling by developing a deep understanding of business requirements and evangelizing how business capabilities align with their clients' needs.
- Define the overarching strategy and create plans supported by tactical execution that enhance revenue opportunities and deepen the relationship within the portfolio of clients.
- Partner with Sales Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting by providing timely (daily/ weekly) sales activity reports and CRM data to reflect the true status of opportunities.
- Ensure visibility and accuracy on sales analytics.
- Ensure sales teams drive deal negotiations to a productive close, through collaboration, effective negotiation, and client discussion. Engage with the team for timely feedback, coaching, and support as needed to drive sales.
- Proactively research and maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, and market conditions to fully identify client needs; demonstrate and articulate the brands' value proposition.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to define opportunities (current market trends and future trend analysis, market sizing, and competitive analysis); drive initiatives into identified areas of opportunity.
