Day to Day
Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales, profitability, and impactful promotions—all while keeping margins in check. Your role is a dynamic mix: 60% Account Management, Communication, and New Business Development, 40% Collaboration with Forecasting and Planning, and 20% Strategic Analysis—diving into POS data, market competition, and adjacency opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the game!
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer buying teams, planners, and replenishment teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Work closely with buyers to understand their goals, KPIs, and critical business timelines, ensuring alignment and success.
- Identify and activate new business opportunities, expanding the portfolio and driving growth.
- Stay responsive and proactive, acknowledging and addressing all customer requests in a timely manner.
- Be the go-to expert on products, categories, and market competition, keeping a pulse on industry trends.
- Manage day-to-day relationships across marketing, product, customer marketing, and retailer buying teams, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Analyze weekly sales performance across all accounts, compiling reports (sell-through, catalog items) to spot trends, evaluate promotions, and uncover competitive insights.
- Monitor product sell-through, working with product and marketing teams to develop strategies for boosting slower-moving items and maximizing opportunities.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates with experience and knowledge of sales account management ideally within the Toys category, Consumer Products, Gaming, or Home Entertainment arena.

- Minimum of 1 -3 years Account Executive experience.

- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
