Our client, a HUGE global software provider, is looking for an incredible Office Manager whose expertise will keep the business running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional team, balancing administrative responsibilities with a welcoming office environment. This role is a 6-8 week contract with a view to go permanent.
The Role
As the Office Manager you are responsible for a range of administrative duties that ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Sydney office. In addition, you will also be involved in making sure the Melbourne office is also supported when needed
With a HUGE variety of of tasks from raising purchase orders, diary management, booking travel, working with accounting to reconcile monthly expenses to fun stuff like team events, to things like keeping a kitchen stocked and then to onboarding new hires, no 2 days will be the same. You’ll be setting the rhythm of the office.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in high-level administration, exceptional attention to detail, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Concur.
Experience in an Office Administration role is essential.
You’ll excel at managing competing priorities with ease and confidence, communicating clearly and effectively with staff, leadership teams, and senior stakeholders. A proactive mindset is essential—you'll anticipate needs, think ahead, and always stay a few steps ahead.
