Day to Day
Lead the cross-functional team and influence the wider business to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned to deliver outstanding growth. This role sees you play a key role as part of the senior Sales team providing leadership and strategic direction for the organisation.
Own and develop the relationship with Woolworths and lead a team of account managers, executives and key internal stakeholders to drive profitable outcomes in a challenging and complex retail environment, and establish a true win/win/win relationship with the customer aligned to the triple win model.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
You’ll Need
As a senior role within the business, we would love to talk with experienced FMCG Business Managers who have proven experience of 4-7 years working within FMCG environment. You naturally have superior relationship and influencing skills (because you’re really good at it and you really love it) and the ability to take internal, international and key external partners on the sales journey and create opportunities the deliver profitable outcomes!

- Set individual account plans and work with senior leadership to set channel plan in line with the business’ strategy, category drivers and market opportunity/insights.
- Manage National Accounts in line with individual and channel sales plan; achieve sales, profit, volume, share and NPD KPIs
- Provide analysis and financial reports to support account performance for internal and customer stakeholders
- Stakeholder management across the business and key customers including maximising the opportunities for account/category reviews and top-to-tops
