Day to Day
Build and maintain strong relationships with major/key accounts. Maximising sales, profitability, and promotional activity.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Revolutionize the market by better addressing consumer and customer needs: design and execute strategic plans to enhance the brands, drive profitable growth, and increase market share.
- Developing, implementing, and delivery of sales revenue and profit, cost and financial management are reached for both parties.
- Develop and implement and optimise the availability, visibility and awareness both instore and online though item ranging and promotional plans which achieve the overall business plan.
- Ensure Customer Management, Demand Management & Forecasting and Trade Marketing responsibilities are delivered
- Be the culture champion of the business: as growth occurs, maintain the entrepreneurial spirit and continuous improvement mindset, challenge the norm and succeed together through prioritisation of the people in the business
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven extensive experience and knowledge of sales account management within major retailers and grocery ideally within the Entertainment Consumer Products, Gaming, Toys category, or Home Entertainment arena.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years National Account Management experience.
- Strong demonstrable portfolio of successful promotions and partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and enhance relationships within a complex customer environment
- Significant attention to detail, whist being a creative thinker.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
