Day to Day
Reporting to the Creative Manager you are a passionate Marketing Copywriter who will create unique and innovative copy that ultimately drives brand reach, increases market share, elevates the advocacy agenda, fosters member loyalty and set the benchmark to grow, engage, and retain the members and audience base.
The Marketing Content Writer will work in a multi-functional marketing team to deliver compelling and original copy for a full suite of products and work in alignment with both the product strategy and marketing & content strategy, this role will be responsible for creative copy across both digital and traditional channels.
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Write original copy that is accurate and meets the requirements of the brief and campaign.
- Write engaging copy that is suitable for various digital and traditional channels including print, audio scripts, website content, product landing pages, google ads, organic social media, SEM and email.
- Write specifically for an audience of highly experienced, leading professionals.
- Build a range of copy tools and templates for a wide range of purposes including advertising, brochures and information guides.
- Edit, proofread and revise copy based on feedback to ensure alignment with a distinctly professional voice and brand.
- Use current SEO principles to ensure the reach of online copy is maximised.
- Prioritise tasks across multiple campaigns to ensure delivery of content to meet deadlines.

You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or similar related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing copywriting position within professional services. stakeholder environment with a solid portfolio of work.
- Deep experience writing for marketing campaigns and optimising web and landing page copy for SEO.
- Deep experience ensuring copy is optimised to maximise SEM..
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and delivering original copy on time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and working Agile with Jira.
- Experience writing content within the constraints of a CMS (website).
- Strong research, writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a versatile writing style.
- Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong creative, imaginative and intuitive thinking abilities.
