Your New Role
Reporting to the Brand Director, this 12-month contract role (with the possibility of a 6-month extension) offers a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic marketer to make a significant impact. You will be instrumental in developing and executing cutting-edge go-to-market strategies that drive exceptional results across the ANZ market. In this role, you'll serve as both the product and audience expert, crafting innovative, insight-driven marketing plans that elevate brand equity and engage active consumers.
Main responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the APAC Brand Marketing Network for respective themes and audiences; share and reapply best practices
- Lead agency partners and external partnership relationships aligned with audience responsibilities as required
- Input into the ANZ Marketing Strategy development, objective setting process and consumer communications planning Lead consumer sales recommendations for your audience portfolio; which includes monthly forecasting and active participation in the S&OP process
- Plan and run budgets related to multiple brands and marketing campaigns
You’ll Need
Ideally, you have 3+ years industry experience in a high-impact consumer goods/toys/cosmetics space and have worked with/collaborated with sales and marketing teams
- Ability to prioritize and plan in a very fast paced environment is crucial to the success of this role.
- Solid experience in working with and negotiating contracts with agencies and external suppliers.
- Excellent team player able to work independently, collaboratively, and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- A simplistic & effective work approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands
- Strong communicator & collaborator.
- Strong analytical and budget management skills.
- Being proactive, taking initiatives and high attention to detail
